Instructions
  • Step 1: Prepare the garnish.
  • Step 2: Add the chopped ginger & sugar syrup to the mixing glass, then muddle together.
  • Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 4: Fill mixing glass with ice.
  • Step 5: Shake hard for 5 seconds.
  • Step 6: Add ice cubes to the serving glass.
  • Step 7: Finely strain into the cocktail. Add a dusting of cinnamon on top then serve with a cinnamon stick
